Regarding broadband access, Here’s a link to another interesting possibility. It would also require a repeater for line of sight to a cell tower, but one would not need to license nor purchase a block of bandwidth. Access could be done individually.

Perhaps we could work with PUD to provide repeaters for cell hotspots to inaccessible areas.

I am meeting with Kevin Street, Ass’t Manager of PUD and chief electrician on Monday, April 3rd. We will discuss this and other broadband issues and I will convey the information to you ASAP.
